Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Item must include all original tags and labels
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Bath & Shower Mats (once opened)
- Bed Sheets & Bedlinen (if packaging seals are broken)
- Cutlery and Drinkware (for sanitary reasons)
- Chopping Boards & Worktop Savers (if used)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:

- Wait for Approval – Our customer service team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package Your Item – Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return – Include the return authorization form we provide and ship to our warehouse address (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error).
