Do you offer matching sets for bedroom or bathroom items?
Yes! We have several coordinated collections in our Bed & Bath, Bedlinen, and Bathroom Accessories categories that allow you to create a cohesive look throughout your home. Look for product descriptions that mention “part of a collection” or “matching items available.”

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information for faster checkout, and view your order history.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. We’ll send you a link to create a new password. If you don’t receive the email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes may not always be possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already entered the shipping process.

Why was my payment declined?
Payment declines usually occur due to issues with your bank or card issuer, not our system. Common reasons include insufficient funds, incorrect CVV code, or your bank’s fraud prevention measures. We recommend contacting your card issuer or trying an alternative payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We proudly ship worldwide to most countries! However, we currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote areas due to logistical constraints. During checkout, our system will automatically show available shipping options for your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to follow your package’s journey. If you’re having trouble tracking your order, please contact us at [email protected].
What if my package is delayed?
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier issues. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, our Standard Shipping via DHL/FedEx is our fastest available service (10-15 business days after dispatch). We don’t offer expedited shipping options at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive authorization and instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, you’ll need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you receive your preferred product as quickly as possible.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry if this happened! Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
